Tamtam orchestrates AI Agents to support humans along the entire sales cycle - from market mapping to account planning and meeting prep, our Agents hustle to compile every bit of information available from public and private sources so Sales reps can rely on actionable insights and focus on building relationships and closing deals.

MISSIONS

You’ll work closely with the CEO and take ownership of TAMTAM’s go-to-market strategy. As a key growth driver, you’ll have a direct impact on business development through high-impact initiatives—from customer acquisition and partnerships to process optimization. We’re building fast, and you’ll be at the heart of it.
Partnering with Édouard, you’ll play a central role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy, giving you full exposure to the inner workings and scaling of an early-stage startup:
Co-develop the commercial strategy, with a focus on acquiring and retaining strategic B2B clients
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline building to closing high-impact, complex deals
Leverage the Tamtam platform to identify lookalike targets, enrich prospect data, and activate high-conversion outbound campaigns
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and ops to ensure alignment between market strategy and product roadmap
Continuously refine our offering and sales processes based on client feedback and market signals
Lead competitive intelligence efforts to stay ahead of market shifts and adjust positioning as needed
Drive expansion within existing accounts through active relationship management, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
Design and implement scalable sales processes to support TAMTAM’s rapid growth and performance optimization
Track key KPIs and manage performance reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and transparency across leadership

PROFIL

You have 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Executive or in a similar role, with a strong track record in selling B2B SaaS solutions
You’re experienced in managing complex sales cycles involving C-level decision-makers and closing six-figure deals
You bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and have thrived in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, where adaptability and strategic thinking are key
You’re results-driven, consistently going above and beyond to hit ambitious targets while building long-term customer relationships
You master modern sales techniques, are fluent with CRM tools, and know how to leverage platforms like TAMTAM to boost your commercial performance
You speak French and English fluently, both written and spoken

Compensation: Highly competitive package with uncapped variable based on performance. Your results will directly drive your earnings with strong commission potential.
